PSR Diagnostics: Wellbeing, and Productivity
At Wellbeing at Work, we specialize in identifying, assessing, intervening, and monitoring psychosocial risk factors, workplace climate, and job satisfaction—all essential elements for the health and productivity of every organization member. We rely on reliable methodologies, current Colombian regulations, and a consciousness-driven approach.
What are Psychosocial Risks (PSR)?
They are factors stemming from the dynamic interaction between employees and their work environment (internal factors), external environment (external factors), and personal characteristics. If left undetected, they can severely affect health and performance, negatively impacting the wellbeing, quality of life, and productivity of the team, as well as the company’s overall operations.
Why Perform a Psychosocial Risk Diagnostic?
-
Prevention and Mitigation: Accurate diagnosis and analysis are vital to prevent and address the root causes of PSRs, such as anxiety, stress, lack of focus, and apathy.
-
Social Responsibility and Added Value: Beyond mere compliance, a proper diagnostic brings immense value by revealing the risks your team faces and their root causes, fostering wellbeing, quality of life, productivity, and mindfulness.

-
Legal Compliance: In Colombia, it is a legal mandate established by the Ministry of Labor under Resolutions 2646 of 2008, 2404 of 2019, and 2764 of 2022. Organizations must assess the psychosocial risk of their collaborators by applying the official Psychosocial Risk Battery.
-
This diagnostic is also essential for integration with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS / SG-SST).
What Tools are Used for the Assessment?
In Colombia, the assessment must be carried out using the Psychosocial Risk Battery validated by the Ministry of Labor and Universidad Javeriana.
